CHARLOTTE, N.C. – New Hampshire Motor Speedway Executive Vice President and General Manager Jerry Gappens revealed Tuesday during the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Media Tour hosted that Sylvania has signed a five-year extension to remain as title sponsor of the September event at the 1.058-mile asphalt oval.
The deal will partner New Hampshire Motor Speedway with Sylvania, one of the world’s largest lighting companies, through 2017. Sylvania has been title sponsor of the fall event at New Hampshire since 2003.
“This day and age, long-term business relationships are becoming more of a rarity,” said Gappens. “Working together for the past decade, we have built a tremendous partnership together and continue to work hand-in-hand in making the Sylvania 300 one of the marquee events in NASCAR’s 10-race Chase for the Sprint Cup playoff.”
