Lawrence Lands COTA Xfinity Series Drive

AUSTIN, Texas — Cameron Lawrence, a Texas-based sports car racing champion, will make his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut with MBM Motorsports this weekend at Circuit of The Americas.

A local, veteran-owned company, Impact Health Labs, is the primary sponsor for Lawrence’s NASCAR Xfinity Series entry.

Based in Austin, Texas, Lawrence has a successful sports car racing résumé. He previously won the IMSA Tequila Patron Endurance Championship, including the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona. He has a lengthy history in the Trans Am Series, where he clinched two back-to-back Trans-Am class championships.

Lawrence’s NASCAR Xfinity Series debut comes on the heels of a podium finish at IMSA’s Alan Jay Automotive Network 120 at Sebring Int’l Raceway in the No. 95 Turner Motorsports BMW M4 GT4.

“I’m energized to make my debut in the NASCAR Xfinity Series at my home track, Circuit of The Americas, with the support of a return sponsor, Impact Health Labs,” said Lawrence. “I’m thankful for the ongoing support of Impact Health Labs. We certainly surprised everyone with our top-10 qualifying effort in the NASCAR Truck Series in 2021, and we have the chance to surprise people again. I look forward to working with MBM Motorsports and having a strong run in their Toyota Supra. I’m hopeful this opportunity will foster future growth in the NACAR Xfinity Series.”

“We are proud to sponsor Cameron Lawrence in his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut,” said Jason Dent, co-owner and managing partner for Texas Mobile Radiology and Impact Health Labs. “It was an absolute pleasure to support Cameron in his NASCAR Truck Series debut. We are pleased to strengthen our relationship as Cameron steps up to the NASCAR Xfinity Series with MBM Motorsports. He has completed thousands of laps around Circuit of The Americas, whether racing or coaching, and we’re confident that his local knowledge will shine at this year’s event.”
