CONCORD, N.C. – Kyle Busch will start from the pole during his final NASCAR Xfinity Series race of the season Saturday at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
Busch, who will attempt to go a perfect five-for-five in Xfinity Series action this year during the Credit Karma Money 250, will start from the pole based on having the highest metric score of the cars entered in Saturday’s race.
Lap speed is weighted at 15 percent, previous race finish at 25 percent for the driver and owner results and owner points position at 35 percent to calculate the final metric score.
Busch’s teammate, Xfinity Series regular Daniel Hemric, will start second as he continues to chase his first Xfinity Series victory. A.J. Allmendinger, an Xfinity Series winner at Atlanta last year, will start third.
Austin Cindric and Harrison Burton complete the top-five starters. Michael Annett, Justin Haley, Justin Allgaier, Noah Gragson and Riley Herbst will start sixth through 10th.
