MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Sheldon Creed will make his NASCAR Cup Series debut at Kansas Speedway for Live Fast Motorsports in the No. 78 Cup Chevrolet Camaro.
Creed currently competes full time for Richard Childress Racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, where he sits 10th in points. The California native won the 2018 ARCA Racing Series championship along with the 2020 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series title.
“I’m excited to race a cup race for the first time as that’s been the dream for a long time,” Creed said. “Whelen is a great company and I’m appreciative for their support in allowing us to do this with Live Fast Motorsports. We hope to have a good day at Kansas Speedway come September.”
