Making his second Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series start, 20-year-old Trevor Bayne delivered a stunning Daytona 500 victory for the Wood Brothers in 2011. Despite running near the front most of the afternoon, Bayne only led the final six laps at Daytona Int’l Speedway that day.

Bayne inherited the lead when David Ragan was penalized for changing lanes prior to the start/finish line on a restart, then he survived a challenge from Carl Edwards during an overtime restart to score one of the biggest upsets in Daytona 500 history.
