Finchum Tapped For Cup Series Nashville Action

STATESVILLE, N.C. — MBM Motorsports announced Tuesday morning that Chad Finchum will return to the NASCAR Cup Series to drive the No. 66 Ford Mustang Dark Horse in the Ally 400 at Nashville Superspeedway this weekend.

The No. 66 will have backing from Cooper&Hunter and Land Loan TN.

“We are thrilled to continue our sponsorship with MBM Motorsports, a team we deeply admire and respect for their achievements and values,” Cooper&Hunter marketing director Jake Neto said. “Supporting Chad Finchum, an HVAC technician, client, and driver, who has consistently demonstrated his skills and talent in the sport, is a source of pride for us.

“We believe this partnership perfectly represents HVAC NASCAR speed.”

Finchum will be competing in his home state for the third time in the Cup Series.

“I am excited for the challenge of returning to the NASCAR Cup Series along with my first start in the Next Gen car,” Finchum said. “Having partners like Cooper&Hunter and Land Loan TN behind me to grow with MBM Motorsports is special, and I hope that we can give them something to cheer about on Sunday.”

MBM Motorsports team owner Carl Long also commented on the announcement.

“The entire team at Cooper&Hunter has been amazing to grow with,” Long said. “We began our relationship with them in Miami last year and are expanding their involvement with Chad and the team this season.”
