CONCORD, N.C. — Due to inclement weather, NASCAR has announced that tonight’s Coca-Cola 600 NASCAR Cup Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway will now start at 3 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday.
Prior to the Coke 600, the NASCAR Xfinity Series Alsco Uniforms 300, will take the green flag at 11 a.m.Â
Rain has plagued the weekend at Charlotte with only Friday’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and ARCA Menards Series races evading weather.Â
William Byron will lead the Cup Series field to the green flag on Monday after qualifying was rained out on Saturday.Â
