“From day one Bubba has been an integral part of 23XI,” the social media post read. “We’re excited to announce that he has signed a multi-year renewal and will continue to play a key role in helping 23XI grow and succeed.”
Wallace has competed for the team since its inagural season in 2021, where the 30-year-old scored his first career Cup Series victory at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway in the fall of that season. He added another victory in 2022 at Kansas Speedway.
While he missed the playoffs this year after reaching the Round of 12 last year, Wallace has already equalled his career-best top-10 finishes from the last two seasons (10). He’s 19th in the driver standings entering Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway this weekend.
