Rev Racing’s Nick Sanchez turned the fastest lap during NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series qualifying on Friday afternoon at Nashville Superspeedway.
His 29.571-second lap time (161.915 mph) in the No. 2 Chevrolet will lend him the luxury of starting Friday night’s 150-lap race from pole position for the third time in his career.
Niece Motorsports’ Bayley Currey will join Sanchez on the front row, due to his 29.584-second lap time (161.844 mph). GMS Racing’s Rajah Caruth and TRICON Garage’s Corey Heim will start from the second row, while Heim’s TRICON teammate Tanner Gray completed the top five.
Grant Enfinger, Carson Hocevar, Zane Smith, Daniel Dye and Taylor Gray filed into the top 10.
