Corey Day Inks Three-Race ARCA Deal

Corey Day’s promising career has reached a new milestone.

Day is set to pilot a Pinnacle Racing Group stock car for three ARCA Menards Series races this season, starting with this weekend’s event at Indiana’s Salem Speedway.

The 18-year-old sprint car phenom, who competes full time with Kyle Larson and Brad Sweet’s High Limit Racing series, will compete in the No. 28 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet.

While the California native’s roots are on dirt, it won’t be his first time on pavement. He debuted in JR Motorsports’ late model stock car in April at North Carolina’s Hickory Speedway where he finished seventh. Day led every lap in his next start at Hickory to win the 40-lap feature.

Aside from Salem, Day’s other two starts have not been announced.Â
