Francesco Bagnaia won a thrilling MotoGP race in the German Grand Prix after title rival Jorge Martin crashed out while leading.
Martin, who was on pole for the event at Sachsenring, held a comfortable margin until two laps to go when he crashed out in turn one.
Bagnaia went on to win the race and retake the points lead. He now holds a 10-point margin over Martin at the summer break in the schedule.
Marc Marquez inherited the runner-up position after starting 13th on the grid while his brother and teammate Alex Marquez secured the final podium position in third.
Trackhouse Racing’s Miguel Oliveira placed sixth while teammate Raul Fernandez secured a double top-10 result for the team in 10th.
