The U.S. Motorsports Ass’n Government Affairs Team is working with Pennsylvania State House Representative Dave Maloney, who is chairman of the PA Motorsports Caucus, to build public support for PA House Bill 2489.
This bill will authorize outdoor recreational activities, including motorsports facilities to reopen immediately in the Keystone State under certain recommended CDC Guidelines and social-distancing practices.
This legislation has been referred to the PA State Government Committee and is viewed as a step toward racing and other outdoor activities resuming in Pennsylvania.
