NOS Energy Drink, a product of Monster Beverage Corp., emerged as a major player in open-wheel, dirt-track racing.

After having a presence in NASCAR and Formula Drift, the beverage brand became the title sponsor of the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series and the USAC NOS Energy Drink National Midget Series. It also backed the 59th running of the NOS Energy Drink Knoxville Nationals at Iowa’s Knoxville Raceway and was the presenting sponsor of the BC39 at The Dirt Track at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The brand was also active on the team level with sponsorship of multiple cars, including the WoO sprint car driven by Sheldon Haudenschild, the USAC sprint car wheeled by Justin Grant and Tyler Courtney’s USAC midget.

The energy drink uses the NOS name under a licensing agreement with Holley Performance, which owns the trademark.
