Brandon Sheppard won the Dirt Track World Championship for the third time Oct. 19 at Portsmouth (Ohio) Raceway Park. It was the fourth Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series win of the season for Sheppard, who has won 18 World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series features this year.
