5. Josef Newgarden
Josef Newgarden finished first and second in the first two NTT IndyCar Series races of the season. The 2017 series champion won the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg and finished second as the series made its first visit to Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas.
