WILMETTE, Ill. – Beth Paretta, whose Paretta Autosport is the first woman-owned team in NTT IndyCar Series history, will be the keynote speaker of the Race Track Business Conference Dec. 8 at the Performance Industry Show in Indianapolis, Ind.
Paretta headlines an event with the following cutting-edge presentations led by leading motorsports professionals: marketing agencies, venue development, event operations, lessons from the COVID-19 shutdown, racing technology development, diversity and leadership in motorsports, legal and risk management and media.
Paretta Autosport debuted this past year in the Indianapolis 500 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, where it garnered 6.5 billion total social media impressions across team accounts.
Seventy-five percent of the team are women, operating under the mission of unifying the current generation, inspiring the next generation and bringing light on diversity.
The team also encourages young women to study science, technology, engineering and mathematics to ultimately diversify and feed the STEM workforce well beyond motorsports.
Prior to Paretta Autosport, Paretta served as an automotive and motorsports executive.
Paretta held leadership roles at Aston Martin and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles across operations, marketing and finance. At FCA, Paretta became the first woman to lead a performance brand and an Original Equipment Manufacturer in motorsports.
Under Paretta’s guidance, FCA secured three national championships, including the NASCAR Cup Series championship.
Paretta is a board member of the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America and has been named AutoWeek magazine’s “Secret People” who will change the car world. She was also tabbed as a “Game Changer” by Sports Business Journal.
