HICKORY, NC – With the 2013 edition of the Carolina Auto Racing Show (CARS) just days, attendees and exhibitors alike are making their final preparations to attend the event Jan. 4-5 at the Hickory Metro Convention Center.
Pre-registration ended on Dec. 21 and was up 77% over last year’s show. Attendee’s from 26 states used the early sign-up period to register for a chance at a free cruise to the Bahamas.
“To have attendees from 26 states pre-register is very exciting and we looking forward to seeing everyone in Hickory next weekend,” said CARS Promoter Clint Elkins “The CARS team has worked hard for 12 months to deliver a show that is successful for both exhibitors and attendees. We have grown the show to a near sell-out and with pre-registration numbers up so much over last year; CARS should be a ‘win win’ for all involved.”
CARS has turned into an event as much as a trade show. With over 20 free seminars, a Promoter’s Summit with Humpy Wheeler, DirtMasters Interactive Technical Seminar, Ms. Cars Beauty Pageant, Let’s Make a Racing Deal game show presented by Speedway Illustrated and the All Out Exhibitor Assembly with Jimmy Spencer presented by Safety Kleen there are tons of things to do and be a part of at the 2nd Annual Carolina Auto Racing Show.
