Bobby Labonte Confirmed For Superstar Racing Experience

NEW YORK – Officials from the Superstar Racing Experience have announced the addition of Bobby Labonte to the inaugural SRX driver lineup.

Labonte, an American former NASCAR driver has run 729 races over 25 years in the Cup Series, totaling 21 wins and 203 top tens. Labonte’s career highlights include winning the 2000 NASCAR Cup Series Championship, the 2000 Brickyard 400 and the 1991 Xfinity Series Championship. In 2020, Labonte was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame.

Labonte joins Tony Stewart, Tony Kanaan and Paul Tracy as the fourth confirmed driver for the series that will air Saturday nights in primetime on CBS Television Network in the Summer of 2021.

The Superstar Racing Experience is a joint effort between Stewart, three-time NASCAR Cup Series champion crew chief Ray Evernham, former NASCAR executive George Pyne and Sandy Montag, the chairman of talent representation firm The Montag Group.
