Christian Rasmussen cemented his Indy NXT season with a win at California’s WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, which sealed the title for the 23-year-old Dane.
Racing for HMD Motorsports, Rasmussen notched five wins on the season to top runner-up Hunter McElrea by 65 markers. McElrea, racing for Andretti Autosport, banked two wins on the season.
Nolan Siegel rounded out the top three in points after notching back-to-back wins on the Streets of Detroit and Wisconsin’s Road America.
