WALLER, Texas — Phoenix Investors will be the primary sponsor of the No. 14 A.J. Foyt Racing Chevrolet for the next two race weekends, which includes the BitNile.com Grand Prix of Portland and the Hy-Vee doubleheader in Milwaukee.
“It’s thrilling to be part of the IndyCar energy and culture,” said Phoenix Investors Chairman & Founder Frank Crivello. “We’re excited to watch No. 14 on the track.”
Taking its name from Greco-Roman mythology of the phoenix rising from its ashes, the Milwaukee-based real estate developer revitalizes former manufacturing facilities throughout the United States.
A longtime personal sponsor of No. 14 driver Santino Ferrucci, Phoenix Investors is becoming the primary sponsor of an Indy car for the first time and the resulting livery of black, yellow-gold, and white featuring the Phoenix Investors logo is striking.
“I’m super excited to have Phoenix Investors on the car because they’ve been a terrific personal sponsor of mine for quite some time now,” Ferrucci said. “It’s going to be an incredible opportunity for them to enjoy a full livery. And I’m very excited about the races that we have coming up because I think we can deliver a really good result. The livery is really beautiful. I love keeping the 14 car primarily black, but the yellow-gold accents maintain its elegance. Honestly, it’s just a cool-looking car.”
