Dreyer & Reinbold Racing have revealed its two-car lineup for next year’s 109th Indianapolis 500 at the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
2012 Indy 500 winner Ryan Hunter-Reay returns to the team for a third straight season aboard the team’s No. 23 Chevrolet. For the first time in his career, Jack Harvey will pilot a DRR Chevrolet in the team’s No. 24 car.Â
Hunter-Reay will attempt to make his 17th start in the Greatest Spectacle in Racing while Harvey eyes his seventh start among the 33-car field. Last season, Hunter-Reay contested an Indy-only schedule where he placed 26th after getting involved in a crash.Â
Harvey competed for Dale Coyne Racing last season on a part-time basis with a best finish of 13th (Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama and the Milkwaukee Mile in Wisconsin).
