MARANELLO, Italy – Ferrari has revealed its 2014 Formula 1 race car, the F14-T.
The F14-T features a different nose approach to the other 2014 cars revealed so far, with a much flatter concept.
Ferrari has retained its pullrod front suspension concept in the new design.
The F14-T name was chosen by fans who were allowed to vote on Scuderia’s website. F14-T received more votes than other names which included F14 Maranello, F14 Scuderia and F616.
“It’s nice to know the name has been chosen by fans.” said team principal Stefano Domnicalli.
Ferrari will feature a strong lineup with Fernando Alonso and the returning Kimi Raikkonen, who replaced veteran Ferrari driver Felipe Massa. Massa has signed with Williams for the 2014 Formula One season.
