INDIANAPOLIS – Brennan Rogers held off challengers Alex Bergeron and Chase Cabre on a late-race three-lap dash to win Thursday night’s 40-lap AMSOIL USAC iRacing Challenge presented by NOS Energy Drink at the virtual Kokomo Speedway.

Rogers, from Camarillo, Calif., and a veteran of USAC’s Western States Midget Series division, slid himself into turn one on a lap-38 restart and raced to victory after starting on the pole for the event.

Bergeron and Cabre were a close second and third, respectively, while Joel Berkley and Adam Elby rounded out the top-five.

Karter Sarff, a starter in the NOS Energy Drink USAC National Midgets on multiple occasions during the 2019 season, took sixth ahead of Logan Rumsey in seventh.

NOS Energy Drink USAC National Midget Rookie of the Year contender Daison Pursley was eighth with Cole Neuhalfen and reigning BC39 winner Zeb Wise rounding out the top 10.

The AMSOIL USAC iRacing Challenge presented by NOS Energy Drink continues on April 9 with an AMSOIL USAC National Sprint Car Series stop at Knoxville Raceway.
