BEDFORD, Pa. —  With heavy showers affecting multiple parts of Pennsylvania and forecasted to hit Bedford Speedway on Friday afternoon, World of Outlaws CASE Construction Equipment Late Models and track officials agreed to postpone the Billy Winn Classic.Â
The decision was made keeping the best interest of drivers and fans in mind as weather models project more heavy rain during the afternoon and evening. Officials are seeking a makeup date for the event.
The series heads to Marion Center Raceway on Saturday night.
