SOMERSET, Ky. — Officials with the Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series have announced that “The Original Motor Oil” Valvoline will remain as sponsor for the series.
Valvoline is now entering into its fourth season of corporate commitment to the regional series.
This year, the American Late Model Series will return to action and combine with the Iron-Man Late Model Series to now be branded as the Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series.
After starting up the tour in 2016, the Iron-Man Late Model Series will begin its ninth season of operation with the upcoming 2024. The American Late Model Series was started back in 1995 and raced through the 2021 race season but has been idle since that time.
The two series are coming together to now be called called the Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series and will be sanctioned by DIRTcar, with drivers not able to earn series points, but also earn regional and national DIRTcar points as well.
In other news, the Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series will be fueled in 2024 by VP Racing Fuels, thus having the tour be known as the Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series fueled by VP Racing Fuels.
VP Racing Fuels was founded in 1975 by Steve Burns and has become a world leader in fuel technology with over 80 fuel blends.
