BRASSTOWN, N.C. — At this time, the Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals Series presented by Sunoco Race Fuels is planning to move forward with its first two races of the year.
The Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals Series is slated to open the season on March 20 at Boyd’s Speedway in Ringgold, Ga., followed by Senoia (Ga.) Raceway on March 21.
Both race tracks and series are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak. All events are currently on as scheduled and another update will go out on Wednesday. This is subject to change depending on any recommendations from state and local government.
The race at Boyd’s Speedway is slated to pay $4,000 to the winner, with Saturday’s race offering a $10,000 check to the winner.
