ELKIN, N.C. — Sam Seawright led the final 23 laps to secure a $10,000 payday Friday night at Ultimate Motorsports Park.
Starting outside the front row, Seawright led the first 14 laps of the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series feature, but lost the point to Daulton Wilson.
Seawright remained steady and went back to the front on lap 28. From there, he held off Brandon Overton to win the 50-lap event.
Wil Herrington, Josh Putnam and Jimmy Owens completed the top five.
Seawright was the fast qualifier for the 37-car field with a lap of 15.328 seconds.
