Page Does It Again At Talladega

EASTABOGA, Ala. — It was a familiar story during Saturday’s 31st annual Ice Bowl at the Talladega Short Track.

Starting fourth, Michael Page led all 50 laps of the quarter-mile dirt track to win the event for the sixth consecutive January. Page earned $6,000 for the victory.

The super late model event was plagued by yellow flags and lasted more than 50 minutes.

Page was golden on the numerous restarts and held off Christian Hanger for the victory with Chase Oliver, Dillon Tidmore and Dallas Cooper completing the top five.

Cory Hedgecock outran Jake Knowles to with the Crate USA dirt late model feature.

Booger Brooks won the 602 late model sportsman feature and the street stock feature.

Mike Weeks topped the sportsman feature, Scottie Hiett won the modified main event, Brian Vandygriff aced the factory stock main event and Billy Tidwell triumphed in hot shots.
