BRISTOL, Tenn. — Lawrence O’Connor won Thursday night’s modified feature that headlined the racing program during the Bristol Dirt Nationals at Bristol Motor Speedway.
O’Connor took the 20-lap main event ahead of Shane Demey, who had won earlier in the week at the historic NASCAR facility that is covered with dirt for the second consecutive year.
Jeremie Hedrick, Lyle Sathoff and J.D. Auringer rounded out the top five.
Cody Courtney captured the 20-lap feature for crate 602 late models, completing the race in six minutes and 51.401 seconds.
Cass Fowler finished second, followed by Colton Trouille, Seth Wimpey and Monk Gulledge.
Eric Stanton won the hobby stock feature and Maguire Dejong topped the Sport Mod main event.
Dallon Murty and Dustin Vis each won 20-lap stock features.
Late models take center stage on Friday and Saturday night.
