EASTABOGA, Ala. – Dale McDowell cruised to a dominant victory in Friday’s Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals Series feature at the Talladega Short Track.
McDowell took the lead from polesitter Donald McIntosh on the fifth lap and proceeded to lead the remainder of the 40-lap distance to earn his second series victory of the year. He took home $4,000 for the victory.
McIntosh chased McDowell home in second. Tanner English was third, followed by Joseph Brown and Austin Horton.
