SUMMERTOWN, Tenn. – Dale McDowell dominated Saturday’s Southern All Stars Dirt Racing Series event at Thunderhill Raceway Park to earn a $5,000 triumph.
McDowell started from the pole after setting fast time in qualifying and went nearly unchallenged throughout the 50-lap main event.
Jason Hiett finished second at the quarter-mile dirt oval. Tyler Millwood, Donald McIntosh and Sam Seawright completed the top-five.
