SAN TAN VALLEY, Ariz. – The third annual IMCA Arizona Modified Tour has set its schedule for 10 nights of action Feb. 7-16 next year, featuring IMCA modifieds and Northern Sport Mods.

The Tour will open at Arizona Speedway, the track promoted by the creator of the series, Jonah Trussel. Competitors will hit the track for a practice night on Feb. 7 before the Tour opens on Feb. 8-9.

Less than an hour south of Arizona Speedway is the site for races on Feb. 10-11 when the Dave Ellis-promoted Casa Grande Speedway hosts Tour events.

Canyon Raceway Park is next on the Tour, with a practice night preceding a race nights Feb. 12-13. The Doug Gabbard-led facility is the smallest track on the schedule and is well known for its tacky surface.

This year’s schedule was delayed to complete negotiations to bring the Tour to USA Raceway in Tucson, Ariz., reopening the track after sitting idle for nearly two years. A practice night on Feb. 14 will lead into a pair of race nights on the next two evenings, Feb. 15-16, to complete the Tour.

Hunter Marriott is expected to return to try for three titles in a row in the modified division.  Miles Morris was the sport mod champion in 2017 while another Missouri driver, Austin Howes, captured the title in 2018.
