SOMERTON, Ariz. — Night two of the IMCATV Winter Nationals saw a thriller Thursday night at Cocopah Speedway.
Ethan Braaksma and Eddie Belec traded the lead multiple times during the closing laps of the 25-lap main event with Braaksma winning in a photo-finish.
Braaksma started eighth and grabbed his first victory of the season.
Belec started second and finished second, while Kollin Hibdon, Tim Ward and Jeremy Mills rounded out the top five.
Opening-night winner Chris Zogg eraced from 17th to finish sixth on the three-eighths-mile dirt track.
Cole Czarneski charged from 10th on the grid to win the stock car main event.
Miles Morris raced from outside the front row to claim victory in the SportMod feature.
Cody Williams won the hobby stock feature and Kaylee DeVries topped the sport compact class for the second consecutive night.
